CELLAR NOTES

Grapes in perfect condition were harvested for ripe flavours in the tropical spectrum.
Ripe fruit was processed to tank for cold settling with no fining. The juice was racked and some light fluffy lees were taken for textural qualities. The wine had SO2 added at the end of ferment and the wine spent 2 months on yeast lees before being racked. The wine was then processed to bottle.

TASTING NOTES
This wine has ripe flavours of passion fruit and good tropical notes of guava with a hint of freshly cut grass. The palate is very intense with great texture and concentration with lovely mineral qualities and zesty acidity.
