CELLAR NOTES

 Clean fruit arrive at the winery in perfect condition. The grapes were processed quickly to tank for cold settling. The juice was racked and light fluffy lees were taken for textural properties. The juice was warmed and inoculated with Siha 7 yeast. Fermentation was cool and long for a fruit driven style of wine.

The wine spent 3 months on yeast lees before being racked and processed to bottle.

 TASTING NOTES

This is a fruit driven style of dry Riesling showing typical characters of orange blossom and elderflower.The palate has textural qualities, good weight and balance with slight mineral notes.
