CELLAR NOTES

The grapes for this wine arrived in perfect condition with ripe flavours and good concentration. We then pressed the juice straight to barrel and it underwent a wild fermentation which finished in the following spring. About 10% of this wine went through Malo-lactic fermentation and has been aged for 10 months in French oak of which 20% was new. After maturation this wine was stabilized, filtered and bottled.

TASTING NOTES

This wine shows complex aromas of hazel & almond nuts with intense citrus and mineral notes. The palate is well balanced and has great texture, concentration and fine acidity.
