Brix: 25 -26 Bx
Fermentation: Small open top fermenters
Oak: 100% French oak, 30% new
Alcohol: 14.5%
Titratible Acidity: NBA
pH: NBA
Residual Sugar: NBA
Fining; None

CELLAR NOTES

Mature grapes were harvested in good condition. They were then hand sorted and destemmed into small open top fermenters were they underwent native fermentation. The wine was pressed to barrel with 30% new and underwent maturation for 16 months. The wine underwent natural ML fermentation. The wine was then blended, filtered and bottled.

TASTING NOTES
This is an elegant expression of Pinot Noir with lifted floral notes and ripe forest fruits. The palate is rich and poised with good fruit intensity. The tannins are fine and long.
