CELLAR NOTES

Fruit in perfect condition was whole bunch pressed and lightly fined for purity. The juice was then racked crystal clear and inoculated with cultured yeast and fermented cool, for fruit retention. SO2 was added when balance was achieved and the wine was left ion gross lees for a short time for added complexity.

 TASTING NOTES

Fresh crisp Granny Smith apples leap from the glass backed up by intense lemon and spice. This is a well balanced dry Riesling with mineral and citris appeal. This wine also has structure, texture and concentration of a serious wine.
