CELLAR NOTES

This Sauvignon Blanc was made using New and Old World vinification techniques incorporating stainless steel and barrel fermentation. The fruit for this wine was in perfect condition when harvested.

TASTING NOTES

This delicate wine wine opens with fresh gooseberry and juicy peach flesh, leading to stone fruits of nectarine and apricot.
Texture, ripe flavours and structure. Fine acid, dry and well balanced, this wine is a wine of elegance and poise.
