2008 Marble Point Riesling Classic SOLD OUT 1/6/2010WINE ANALYSISHarvest Date: 1st May 2008 CELLAR NOTESThis wine is made in a low alcohol style. Grapes in perfect condition were processed to tank, cold settled and racked clean. Cultured yeast was added and fermentation was long and cool and stopped when the balance between acid and sugar was perfect. The wine spent a short time on lees before clarification and bottling. This wine has been crafted in a low alcohol style to retain freshness and purity. Infused with white peach flesh, honeysuckle and lemon aromas, with a palate perfectly balanced between sugar and acidity. This is a joyful wine to drink. |
