CELLAR NOTES

The grapes arrived at the winery in perfect condition with ripe flavours and good concentration.  The juice was pressed straight to barrel and underwent a wild fermentation which finished the following spring. About 30% of this wine went through Malo-lactic fermentation. This wine was then traditionally fined with milk, stabilized, filtered and bottled.

TASTING NOTES

This is a complex wine showing lots of almond and hazelnut   with an intence flinty mineral note. The palate has great concentration and good texture backed by fine acidity.
